off-line in the U.S., according to the PhoCusWright Consumer Travel
Trends Survey. The study said that 51% of U.S. travel was booked online in
2007, and it projected that percentage to increase to 56% in 2008 and 60% in
2009.

“I am originally a New Yorker who now lives in
Washington, D.C., and comes back to NY frequently. Never having had
the B&B experience and seeing mixed reviews on some, I was a bit
nervous. But to my pleasant surprise, I truly felt at home at the
Bella Guest House. I loved the mixture of the original architecture
with contemporary flavor. The kitchen was spacious. The bathroom had
new fixtures with antique styling and beautiful black granite
flooring. Plentiful towels. The piece de resistance was the bedroom.
SPACIOUS is an understatement.. It has original crown moldings on
the windows, and the original fireplace mantel is gorgeous. The only
problem I had was that the heat was not on when I arrived;
therefore, it took a little while for it to warm up. But that's
minor compared to a wonderful stay. Would recommend and would stay
there again. Oh, the price is very reasonable. The best in NYC." |
