Internet Intensives

BedandBreakfast.com, RezOvation and Expedia, Inc. have hosted 15 workshops for nearly 750 innkeepers in the past year, providing comprehensive information about Internet marketing, online reservations, yield management, and property management software. (For a full schedule of upcoming B&B conferences, please see our events calendar.)

Here are the confirmed dates for Internet Intensives:

  • March 2-3, Storm Lake, Iowa, in conjunction with the Iowa Bed & Breakfast Association.
  • March 3-4, IL, in conjunction with the Illinois Bed & Breakfast Association.
  • March 13, Amsterdam. The Melkweg, Lijnbaansgracht 234a, 1017 PH Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
  • March 18, London. Lincoln House Hotel, 33 Gloucester Place, Marble Arch, London W1U 8HY.
  • April 7-10, Anaheim, CA, in conjunction with the PAII Trade Show and Conference.
  • April 17, Hood River, OR, in conjunction with the Oregon Bed and Breakfast Guild Regional Conference.


Although the schedule varies by location, here’s the general timing:

  • 10:15 Top internet marketing goals
  • 11:30 Media opportunities for your inn
  • noon Innkeepers' Appreciation Luncheon
  • 1:00 Maximizing your membership
  • 1:30 BedandBreakfast.com/Expedia Online Reservations
  • 2:00 RezOvation Desktop, GT, Booking Engine, Website Design
  • 3:00 General Q&A; one-on-one meetings

Registration is absolutely free for BedandBreakfast.com, Inns.com, and/or RezOvation customers. Non-members pay only $99, which will be completely refunded if you purchase at least $99 in BedandBreakfast.com, Inns.com, and/or RezOvation products or services.

Can’t get away from the inn? Tuesdays with BedandBreakfast.com and RezOvation bring workshops right to your own computer! We’ll give you a toll-free number to call, and a website where you can log in through GoToMeetings.com and participate fully in the online presentations.

  • Schedule (Central Time):

    • 12 noon: Maximizing your Internet presence

    • 1 p.m.: Ins and outs of online reservations

    • 2 p.m.: What property management software can do for you
