Summer Baby Green Salad with Buttermilk Honey Dressing
Classic Rosewood -- A Thorwood Property, Hastings, MN

Salad:
Baby green mixture
Goat cheese, crumbled into bite-sized pieces
Toasted walnuts
Granny Smith apples, sliced

Dressing:
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup buttermilk
3 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
1 scallion, minced
1 pinch ground red pepper
Salt
Ground black pepper
1/2 cup olive oil

Mix baby greens, goat cheese, walnuts and apples for salad. For dressing, mix vinegar, sour cream, buttermilk, honey, garlic, scallion, red pepper, salt and pepper with whisk while adding olive oil. Pour dressing on salad to taste.
