the moment you walk through the door, you are greeted with kindness and
enthusiasm. My husband and I visited Kathleen and her magnificent inn for
our anniversary and stayed in the Versailles room. The Jacuzzi is huge and
even lighted with lights that change color! Just imagine yourself sitting in
this Jacuzzi, the fireplace going, listening to the BOSE system, candles
lit, plus glasses of wine and the divine cheesecake drizzled with chocolate
and whole strawberries waiting for you. The room was exquisite! The bed was
so comfortable we did not want to get up. Kathleen has poured her heart and
soul into this inn, and it shows. It is beautifully decorated with large
chandeliers in all rooms, including the bathroom. The food was magnificent!
From the cheese, crackers and wine we were served before leaving for dinner,
the dessert upon our return, to the wonderful candlelit breakfast and French
press coffee. The hospitality from Kathleen and her staff is unparalleled!
If you want to make your stay in Savannah memorable, this is the place to
be!"
