We’re delighted to inform you that the new, updated
BedandBreakfast.com Forums are now fully operational.
Member innkeepers of BedandBreakfast.com can
click here to log in to their Home Base, and click the Message Board
link under Free Member Benefits. If you had already signed up, you
can click right through to the forums. If not, it takes a second, and you’re
ready to go!
Please feel free to post your questions, comment on your experiences, and
help us build a community of people who are here to help each other. Make
the members-only message boards your virtual water cooler – the place to go
for the latest on industry issues, advice from your fellow innkeepers and
industry vendors, and lots of honest opinions. With more than 6,200 members,
this is the place to get a variety of opinions and expertise.
The Innkeeper Message Board looks like this:

Anyone (aspiring innkeepers, consumers, researchers, etc.) can access the
general forums by selecting Message Boards from the dropdown menu in
the public area of BedandBreakfast.com, but they will not see the Innkeeper
Message Board.

The general forums look like this:

Once you’re logged in, click around, then read and post as many messages as
you wish. Please remember that the consumer forums are not appropriate for
advertising your inn; on the other hand, if a traveler has a question about
things to do in your city or town, you are welcome to make suggestions and
include information about your inn as part of your signature file.
A few key points:
In the upper right-hand corner of your screen, it says “Signed in as
<your name>." Click that link and you’ll see a screen like this:

On the first tab, complete your signature, and if you wish, a bio. Click the
Avatar tab to upload your photo, then click Email so that
you’ll be notified when you get responses to your postings or other topics
of interest.
You can always click the BedandBreakfast.com logo at the top of your screen
to get back to the forum home page.
To start a new thread, open the applicable forum, then click New Post.
At the bottom of each forum, you’ll see a link marked Forum Options.
Click that, and it opens the options shown below. Use this screen to mark
messages read, select a desired sort order, and request email notification.
